For your convenience, water, sewer, trash, and preventative pest control will be billed as a monthly $65 flat fee. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of a simple $10 liability insurance/risk mitigation fee charged to your monthly rent account. Although we recommend you get renters insurance, this limited liability policy will cover residents, for some resident negligence, up to $100,000.
